Pair rigmate Shoveler decoys Barnegat Bay style by W. M. Oler Beach Haven, NJ
This is a nice minty rigmate pair of Shoveler decoys done in the Barnegat Bay style by W M Oler from Beach Haven , New Jersey. William / Bill was friends with Hurley Conklin and you can see the similarities in their styles.
Nice hollow carved , oil painted , inletted bottom weights , ice groove in back , leather line ties and branded W. Oler on the bottom of each decoy.
Both the drake and hen measures almost 16" long and 4 1/2" wide. These are rigmates to 2 pairs of bluebills that I also have for sale.
