No two jerseys fit exactly the same. Even two jerseys of the same make can fit slightly differently due to variances with QC. If you want to be sure the jersey is right for you, message us with the pit-to-pit and top-to-bottom of your best fitting jersey so that we can compare it with what you ordered. How will my jersey be packed? Your jersey will be carefully folded and sealed in a moisture-proof polybag. We carefully fold and seal jerseys in polybags to keep the crest flat. How quickly will my item arrive? We usually print your label the same day your order is placed. Some exceptions may apply due to offsite inventory storage. We are fans too and understand that during playoffs or other important times, getting your jersey quickly is important. Which carriers do you use? We will use an alternate carrier if Canada Post is on strike. Rural addresses or PO Boxes may not qualify for these alternate carriers. Are these jerseys brand new? Most jerseys are brand new unless otherwise noted in the condition tab. For notes on pre-owned jerseys, please read the condition tab. Brand new jerseys may have minor imperfections from original production or quality control processes, such as small loose threads, minor marks, or bends in numbers or letters.
